A night of stand-up, craft brews, and community vibes—all in support of CareFirstNY! Homebrewed Comedy is bringing you some of the hottest up-and-coming comedians from across the country, Taste of Jamaica will be on-site with island-inspired eats available for purchase from 5–8:30 PM, and Iron Flamingo will keep the pints flowing all night long. All proceeds go directly to CareFirstNY, helping provide hospice care, grief support, and mental health counseling to families across Steuben, Schuyler, and Chemung counties. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters is the founder of Homebrewed Comedy and produces shows for Don't Tell Comedy. He hosts at the Syracuse Funny Bone and Wise Crackers in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle. He’s opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske, Gilbert Gottfried, Shaun Murphy, Greg Fitzsimmons and Matt Braunger. Peters performs all over New York and Pennsylvania and hosts his weekly podcast, On the Mic with Mike Peters. Brian Netzel: Brian is a stand-up comic from Buffalo, NY. A regular performer at Helium Comedy Club in Buffalo, Netzel has performed all over the country. He was at the B4UDie Comedy Festival in Alaska, the Milwaukee Festival, the North Carolina Comedy Festival, the Portland Comedy Festival and the Savage Henry Comedy Festival in Eureka, Calif. Brian Enck: This Brian got his start in the Rochester scene before moving to New York City. He moved back to Syracuse in 2021 and now works at the Syracuse Funny Bone. A regular at Caroline’s, LOL Comedy and other clubs before moving out of Brooklyn, Enck was featured in the New York Comedy Festival.
