CareFirstNY invites you to our new Paint & Heal: Seasons of Change, a quarterly grief support series designed to explore loss, healing, and reflection through creative expression. Life often shifts in ways that mirror the changing seasons—sometimes quietly, sometimes dramatically. This series offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the beauty around us. The series includes one acrylic painting session each season throughout 2026, (February 6, May 1, August 7, and November 6). Each session will feature a unique seasonal theme and artwork, guiding participants to create a painting that reflects the season while providing space to express emotions and find moments of healing. No prior art experience is needed - all supplies provided. First Session: Cozy Cocoa Painting Friday, February 6, 2026 | 6-8 PM Location: CareFirstNY Group size limited to 12 participants for a supportive, intimate experience. Registration Options: · Full Series (all 4 sessions): $160 Sign up for every session and enjoy a discounted rate · Individual Sessions: $45 per session Register for only the sessions you want or need Facilitated by Beth Landin in collaboration with 171 Cedar Arts, with support from CareFirstNY’s grief support team.
